- Console: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide> Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions > Choose Cancel Subscription next to the OTG Pro Monthly Subscription on your list of subscriptions.
- Web: Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services> Sign-in to your Account > Click on Manage next to the OTG Pro Monthly Subscription on your list of subscriptions.
