OFF THE GRID
To take a screenshot on your Windows PC, press PrtScn on your keyboard. You can then paste it to the editing program of your liking (for example Paint) and save it.
Another option involves pressing Windows Key + G and tapping the camera button in the Capture section (upper left corner).
To make a recording, you can use the XBOX Game Bar. On your Windows PC, go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Game Bar and enable the Game Bar.
Now open the game. When you wish to start recording, press Windows Key + G and click the big dot in a circle in the Capture section to start recording. You can also just press Win + Alt + R to immediately start recording. To stop recording click the Recording button on the floating bar.

ANDROID
To take a screenshot on your Android phone, press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. If that doesn't work, you can always visit your phone manufacturer's website for help.
To make a recording, please swipe down from the top of your screen until you see the quick icons. Now choose Screen recorder. Choose what you wish to record, and tap Start. To stop the recording tap the Screen recorder symbol again.
iOS
To take a screenshot on your iOS device with Face ID , please press the Side button and the Volume up button at the same time and quickly release both buttons.
To take a screenshot on your iOS device with Touch ID and side button , please press the Side button and the Home button at the same time and quickly release both buttons.
To take a screenshot on your iOS device with Touch ID and top button , please press the Top button and the Home button at the same time and quickly release both buttons.
To make a recording, go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the Add button next to Screen Recording.
Open Control Center on your iOS device. Tap the gray Record button, wait for 3-second countdown. Exit Control Center to record your screen.
To stop recording, tap the Screen Recording button at the top of your screen, then tap the Stop button.
Please keep in mind that the limit for a single file attachment in the ticket is 50MB. There are no limits for the number of attachments or the total size of all attachments.
This means that if your file exceeds that limit, you can either try to edit it or use a third-party service such as Google Drive and provide us with a link. However, in such case please don't forget to make it private, so that only a person with a link can access it.
