Whenever you experience any network outage, ping issues, lags and disconnections, while playing OTG, there are few things to check first:
- First please visit https://www.speedtest.net/ and run a quick check of your connection choosing London for EU players or Denver for NA. Additionally check this Help Center for any news of outages on our side.
- Now please reset your modem/router. Depending on the model, that involves turning off and unplugging the device for 15 minutes and then plugging it back in, which will allow it to reacquire the connection.
- If you are using a WIFI router, please try reducing the distance from the device and test the ethernet cable instead.
- Now please run the speedtest again (London EU/Denver NA) to see if there are any improvements.
- If you still experience the problem, we will need logs from your game client.
To obtain these logs, please access the following path on your PC:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\G01\Saved\Logs
- We need (both cef and G01 files).
- Save the files (both cef and those starting with G) from the day of the issue and send them to us in your ticket.
